Duty description:
The headquarters company commander promotes the professional and personal
growth of all enlisted members of the company to ensure competitiveness
for promotion, future jobs, and retention in the Tennessee State Guard.
Responsibilities include ensuring good order and discipline within
the company and ensuring
that the military training needs of each member are met. Additionally,
the headquarters company commander works with the personnel
section to ensure that proper records and service evaluations are kept.
